When you use a calculator, converter, or generator on this site, the values you enter are processed locally in your browser to produce the result. That input data is not transmitted to our servers, is not saved in a database, and is not associated with your identity. It exists only for the moment you use the tool and is gone when you leave or reload the page. A few tools rely on live data; see the next section.
Some tools rely on live data and send a request through our server to a third-party data source. For example, the Currency Converter fetches current exchange rates, the Pop Culture Time Warp looks up release years, and the Soul Compass and Songbook pull sermon content. These requests contain only the data needed to fetch the result (such as the currency codes or search term you entered), never your personal identity, and the third-party source sees only the request, not who made it.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as your name, address, date of birth, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information. There is no login and no profile tied to you.
Like most websites, our servers may automatically log basic, non-identifying technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, approximate region derived from your IP address, the pages you request, and the time of your visit. This information is used only to keep the site running, monitor uptime, and understand aggregate usage patterns. It is not used to identify you personally.
We may use analytics to understand which tools are used and how the site performs. Aggregate, anonymized usage data helps us decide which tools to improve or add. We do not use analytics to build a personal profile of you, and we do not sell analytics data.

We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your email address. You can avoid sharing it entirely by leaving the optional email field blank.
Clever Tools Wizard is a general-audience utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
